Toilet & sink replacement · Twin CitiesI’ll swap out that toilet or sink.
If the toilet is cracked, rocking or running all night, or the bathroom sink is chipped and dated, I can pull it and put in a new one. Pick out the new one yourself or I’ll get it, and the old one leaves in my truck.

What I install
What I do, and when I bring in a plumber
I’ll take out the old toilet or sink, set the new one, check it over and clean up after myself. If you’re freshening up a bathroom before you list, it’s one of the easier ways to make the room look newer.
I’m not a plumber, and I don’t pretend to be. If something behind the wall needs a licensed plumber, I’ll tell you up front, and I can subcontract that part to a licensed pro when it makes sense.

When people call
When it’s usually time for a new one
It finally gave out
A cracked tank, a wobble that keeps getting worse, or a toilet that’s been running all night for a month. I’ll replace it and take the old one with me.
Getting ready to sell
A dated toilet or a chipped sink shows up in listing photos. Swapping it out is a small job.
Between tenants
Rental bathrooms take a beating. If the toilet or sink needs replacing at turnover, I can do it along with the paint and repairs, so you’re not scheduling one more person.
Toilet and sink questions
Questions I get about toilets and sinks
Are you a plumber?
No. I do fixture-level work, which means replacing and installing toilets and sinks. If a job needs a licensed plumber, I’ll tell you up front, and I can subcontract that part to a licensed pro when it makes sense.
Can I buy the toilet or sink myself?
Sure. I’ll install the one you picked out, or I can get one for you. Either way is fine with me.
What happens to the old toilet?
It goes in my truck. Cleanup and haul-away come with every job, so you won’t find it sitting in your garage afterward.
Can you give me an estimate from photos?
Usually. Send a picture of the toilet or sink, the floor or cabinet around it, and the connections underneath. If anything looks like it needs a licensed plumber, I’ll tell you before I give you a number.
Can you do other bathroom work on the same visit?
Yes, and it saves you a second appointment. Paint, a new light over the mirror and LVP on the floor can all go on the same estimate as the toilet.
