One point of contact
Most houses need a bunch of little things done
Maybe there’s a wall to patch and paint, a toilet that runs all night, a detector chirping at 2 a.m., and a garage you can’t park in anymore. Normally that’s four or five people to call and schedule.
We take care of it all. You deal with me from the first call to the cleanup. If something needs a licensed electrician or plumber, I’ll tell you up front, and I can subcontract that part to a licensed pro when it makes sense.
- Inside and outside the house
- Homes, rentals and commercial buildings
- I can pick up materials, or use yours
- I clean up and haul off the mess
- From small to tall, we take care of them all

Who I work for
Homeowners, realtors, landlords and property managers
Homeowners
The list on the fridge, the stuff you keep meaning to get to, and the projects you’d rather not do yourself.
Handyman repairs
Realtors & sellers
I’ve worked with realtors and sellers for 10+ years. When a listing needs a bunch of little things fixed before photos, or there’s an inspection list to get through, I can usually get there on short notice.
Getting a house ready to sell
Landlords & managers
Turnovers between tenants, repair lists, and whatever the last tenant left behind.
Rental turnovers
Commercial buildings
I take commercial jobs too: painting, repairs and upkeep. Tell me what the building needs.

Questions I get a lot
Do you only paint?
No. Painting’s a big part of it, but I also do junk removal, toilets and sinks, light fixtures and detectors, LVP floors, windows, yard work and general repairs. Most jobs end up being a mix.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, always. I can price it from photos you send, from a walkthrough, or both.
How soon can you start?
Usually within about a week. If it’s short notice, at night or on a weekend, ask anyway.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $100. If you’ve got a few small things, put them all on one visit and get your money’s worth.
