LVP flooring installation · Champlin, MNInstalling new LVP floors.
I install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in kitchens, basements, bedrooms and rentals around the Twin Cities. You can pick out and buy the flooring yourself or I can supply it, and either way the scraps and empty boxes leave with me.
- Your LVP or mine
- Free estimates from photos
- Scraps hauled away
- Insured
Where it goes
I can do one room or the whole floor.
LVP tends to come up alongside other work. A rental between tenants, a house about to go on the market, or a room that’s been bugging you for years. I put the floor in, clean up after myself and haul the scraps away. If the walls need paint first, or the bathroom could use a new toilet while the floor’s being done, I can put that on the same estimate.
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Basements and living rooms
- Bedrooms and hallways
- Rental units between tenants
- Floor updates before listing
- Scraps and boxes hauled away
While the room’s empty
- Paint the walls before the floor goes in
- Replace the toilet in that bathroom
- Fix the doors and trim while I’m there
- Haul away what you’re not keeping
I can put all of it on the same estimate.
Good times for a new floor
A few good times to call about LVP.
The floor has seen better days
Stains, scratches, or it just looks dated in a room you use every day.
The unit is empty
Between tenants is the easiest time to change a floor, since there’s no furniture to move around. I can do it along with the paint and the rest of the turnover.
You’re about to list
Worn floors show up in listing photos. Add the rooms that need it to your pre-listing list and I’ll do them with everything else.
On the job
Installing LVP in a basement
This one was a finished basement. I set up the cutting table right in the room and work across the floor one row at a time.

LVP flooring questions
Questions I get about LVP.
Do you supply the flooring, or can I buy my own?
Either one. I can supply the LVP, or you can pick it out yourself and I’ll install it.
Can you give me an estimate from photos?
Often, yes. Send a photo of each room and rough measurements if you have them. For bigger jobs I’ll probably want to come take a look. The estimate’s free either way.
What happens to the floor that’s down now?
Tell me what’s there and send a photo, and we’ll talk through what has to come up before the new floor goes in. I’ll put that in the estimate. Cleanup and haul-away are included.
Can you paint or fix other things in the room at the same time?
Yes. If the room also needs paint, a new toilet or a different light fixture, add it to the estimate and I’ll do it all on the same visit.
