Landscaping & yard cleanup · Champlin, MNLet me get the yard back in shape.
If the beds are overgrown and there’s a brush pile behind the garage, I’ll clean it up, trim things back and haul it all away. The outside of the house should look as cared for as the inside.

Yard work
What I do in the yard
Most of the yard work I do is about curb appeal. Maybe the house is about to go on the market and the beds are full of weeds, or the yard at a rental got away from the last tenant. I do the work, and the brush, branches and bags go with me when I leave.

While I’m already there
- Paint the front door and trim

- Finish the rest of the pre-listing list
It can all go on one estimate, and I’ll clean up when I’m done.
When people call
When people usually call me about the yard
Listing soon
The front yard is the first thing in the listing photos. Clean beds and fresh mulch go a long way.
A rental or an empty house
Nobody has pulled a weed since the last tenant moved out, and it shows. I’ll get it presentable before the next showing, and I can do the inside turnover on the same visit if you need it.
Spring and fall cleanup
After a Minnesota winter there’s always a pile of branches and dead growth to deal with. Spring through fall is my busy season, so call early if you can.
Landscaping questions
What people ask me about yard work
What kind of landscaping do you do?
Mostly cleanup and curb appeal: beds, weeding, mulch, trimming, and hauling off the brush and debris. If you’ve got something bigger in mind, tell me about it and I’ll tell you straight whether it’s a fit.
Do you haul away the yard waste?
Yes, that’s part of the job. The brush, branches and bags leave with me.
Do you supply the mulch?
I can pick it up, or I’ll use what you’ve already bought. Either way is fine with me.
When should I book yard work?
As early as you can. Spring through fall is my busiest time of year, though most jobs still start within about a week of the first call.
Can you do some repairs on the same visit?
Sure. If the front door needs paint or a window sticks, add it to the same estimate and I’ll take care of it while I’m there.
